Industrial 3D Printing & 3D Scanning Services

We provide high quality industrial strength 3D printing services for rapid prototyping, short production runs, and functional parts or tooling for manufacturing in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Parts As Strong As Aluminum

With 23 times the strength of traditional plastics and higher strength to weight ratio than aluminum, you can now have the time and cost advantage of 3D manufacturing to replace traditional metal parts and tools.

Depending on your needs, we are able to build parts as large as 12" x 9.5" x 11.75" and resolution as fine as 0.004".
This provides you the ability to have components at full scale and with the precision you need.
precise and detailed

We use Markforged's continuous fiber printing process to build the strongest parts available

Rapid Prototyping
If a picture is worth a thousand words, holding an early sample piece is worth a million!

With fast turnaround times, we can bring your model to life. This allows you to quickly get early visualization so that you test the fit, and part interaction.

Short Production Runs
Today's FFF print processes allow for production of parts used in your end product without the need for a complex supply chain.  We can assist in material selection, production samples, and become your component supplier. If we do not have the exact capabilities your project needs, we'll connect you with our network of providers to get you the best solution.

Functional Parts & Tooling
Many components on the manufacturing floor or plant maintenance teams can be replaced with 3D printed components.  Tools or fixtures which wear can easily be replaced at shorter intervals by additive manufacturing.  Material handlers, placement fixtures, drill alignment fixtures, and clamping are all great applications to help your factory floor save money and time.

Turning Concepts Into Reality

Our Simple Process

Your Model, Your Parts
We can work with exports from most major 3D CAD packages to bring your design to life.

Confidentiality of your electronic and intellectual property is always guarded -and we will sign your NDA, if required.
Model Evaluation & Pre-Run
We can do a quick, initial evaluation of your model to ensure that it is suitable to printing.  Next, we may make recommendations on design changes, materials, print technologies or even other means of fabrication if additive is not right for you. Because material costs vary and some models may pose challenges, it is sometimes recommended to run a first sample piece in a draft format of low cost material just to get a “first feel”.
Print & Deliver
With a good model ready to go, we’ll provide you with a delivered price and schedule to help you meet your needs.
