Kawasaki Cam Cap Drill Guide

This is a part that we made for ourselves but now we sell it as a standard tool. Kawasaki KZ900 and KZ1000 cylinder heads often strip out the bolt holes which hold the cam cap in place. This fixture positively locates on the cap cap dowels and two aligned drill bushings guide a 1/4" drill bit perfectly down the bolt hole. From there you can tap and install a heli-coil or a time sert.

Seal Driver

YZ250 Carburetor Intake Manifold

This intake manifold is a replacement for a very nasty and cracked original piece. This is printed in TPU so that it is flexible and similar to the rubber original. The retention plate is Markforged Onyx with Carbon fiber reinforcement. The original part was firsts 3D scanned so that we were able to nail down the entrance and exit surfaces since they are at different angles in all 3 dimensions.
